Pre-Employment & Periodic Medical Examinations

Health surveillance and fitness-for-work reporting at intervals required by regulation.

The pre-employment examination assesses an employee's fitness for the intended role before work begins. Periodic examinations then repeat at intervals set by hazard class: at least once a year for the highest-risk class, once every three years for the medium class, and once every five years for the lowest class.

What does it cover?

  • Pre-employment health report
  • Periodic examination by hazard class
  • Exposure-specific test planning
  • Fitness-for-work decision and record
