Training should become a habit, not an obligation

We deliver legally mandatory training through a programme that turns into behaviour actually applied on site.

How often is OHS training renewed?

Basic occupational health and safety training is renewed at intervals set by the workplace's hazard class: once a year for the highest-risk class, once every two years for the medium class, once every three years for the lowest class. Training duration also ranges from 8 to 16 hours depending on hazard class. Training is also repeated for new hires, employees changing roles, or those returning after a long absence.
