What does this page describe?
The modules here are in development and are not yet a live product. Our goal is to share the direction transparently; each module that goes live will be announced on this page separately. Our existing services continue to run today, independently of this platform.
Four core modules
Documentation
Producing and storing documents such as the risk assessment, emergency action plan, training records, PPE issue logs and the findings-and-recommendations register in one consistent system.
Obligation tracking
Automatic reminders for training renewal, periodic inspections, equipment checks and document validity dates. A missed obligation means an administrative penalty.
Management dashboard
A single screen showing upcoming tasks, completion rates and gaps by company, employee and location.
AI-supported assistant
An assistant connected to the organisation's own knowledge base, for answering regulatory questions and handling routine requests.

Sample simulations of AI-assisted analysis, reporting and alerting based on both drone footage and fixed cameras across different sectors. These videos are representative and do not contain real field measurements.

Why are we doing this?
An OSGB's capacity is limited by the number of experts and physicians it has, and most of that capacity goes into producing paperwork. Automating documentation and tracking means the same team can serve more businesses on site. Our goal isn't to sell software — it's to raise the quality of the service we provide.
